How we tell our stories
Introducing Stories, building a social impact campaign, and Theresa May
Tales as old as time.
For centuries, storytelling has been a critical artform in passing down wisdom and legacies. It is through stories that we learn the foundations of morals and the spark empathy between diverse characters.
This week we focus on the importance of storytelling, as a tool to learn and as an art to communicate personal journeys.
Introducing: Stories
Stories is an interactive medium to get people excited about learning. We're starting with cybersafety microlearning for kids in our library, with plenty more stories to come for grown ups too! Designed for the social media generation with short attention spans, our Stories get straight to the point with engaging graphics and short text.

Purpose, Process, Performance
Designing a successful social impact campaign requires great storytelling. You want to communicate to your audience that your support for a social cause is authentic, beyond the reasons of "our competitors are doing it, so we're doing it too," you need to think about the three Ps: Purpose, Process, and Performance.

This week on the Socialite podcast, Nina and Michelle talk about gender, emotions, and the language we associate with women. They open up about being called "emotional" in the workplace, discuss Theresa May, and learn about what's happening in women's basketball.
